Reown

Reown’s existing website was underperforming due to fragmented navigation, unclear content hierarchy, and drop-off in key conversion flows. After a full audit, the redesign effort was structured around two primary user archetypes: Developers, who needed immediate access to documentation and demos, and Enterprise/Product Teams, who required clearer value articulation, transparent pricing, and stronger credibility signals. The work began by realigning navigation, page layouts, accessible color contrast, and content architecture to ensure each audience could reach what they needed in as few steps as possible. From there, the design system evolved into a modular, scalable framework built to support both present needs and future product growth. Use-case pages were rebuilt for legibility and comprehension, product offerings were reorganized through updated information architecture, and the homepage was reframed to tell a sharper product story. Motion design was introduced to support comprehension and reinforce brand presence without compromising performance. All final assets were delivered in Figma, with Lottie-based animation files, as a fully responsive component library intended for long-term reuse. Engineering support was sourced and managed to carry the project from strategy through deployment. This included developer onboarding, technical handoff documentation, cross-device and cross-browser QA, and animation implementation oversight. The site was fully rebuilt on Sanity CMS with a React-based front end, enabling the internal team to update content without developer dependencies. The project launched in September 2025, with a total timeline of seven months. The redesign resulted in clearer user pathways for both technical and non-technical audiences, reduced friction in high-intent flows, and a scalable design foundation that supports future content, products, and feature expansion. With the core UX and structural work complete, the internal team is now extending the system into Phase 02: brand elevation through refined visual direction, expanded motion language, and new content production.
